ABOUT US

We envisioned a place where sushi wasn't just a formal dining experience but a delightful and casual affair that could be enjoyed by everyone with the same level of quality at a formal establishment.

This is how the theme "Let's Sushi!" was born.

Our goal for Sushi Rush at GCM is to create a top-notch sushi experience that attracts a broad customer base. We'll focus on serving diverse and innovative sushi options while prioritizing quality and freshness. The ambiance will reflect Japanese culture, and exceptional customer service will be a priority. Through educational workshops and strategic marketing, I aim to establish our store as the go-to sushi destination at GCM.

We chose GCM because it's a historic landmark in Los Angeles with a diverse community. We want to share the essence of Japanese food culture, especially sushi, with a wide audience. By being at GCM, we can introduce more people to the art of Japanese cuisine and create a culinary haven that celebrates its rich flavors and traditions.
